How it all started

Kaitlyn, our founder, has always been passionate about business. But despite her growing interest, she noticed that essential business and financial skills were rarely taught in school. She saw a gap in education and recognized that many students, especially those in underserved communities, were missing the chance to explore entrepreneurship.

In December of her freshman year in 2022, Kaitlyn created Dreams to Business with one mission: to make business literacy fun, accessible, and empowering for kids around the world.

Our StorY

What started as a small idea to teach kids business through jewelry making has grown into a global movement. Today, Dreams to Business empowers youth through chapters and workshops around the world, helping children turn creativity into opportunity and build brighter futures. From local classrooms to international communities, we're proving that big dreams can start small, and still change the world.

What we do

We combine creativity and entrepreneurship, offering programs that teach kids how to turn their ideas into opportunities using our Dreams to Business workbook. From understanding profit to managing expenses and learning marketing skills, we help children develop practical skills, confidence, and the mindset to succeed.

Why It Matters

Every child deserves the chance to dream big, no matter where they come from. Through your support, we’re helping young entrepreneurs take their first steps toward brighter futures, one dream, one idea, and one business at a time.

Join us as we inspire, empower, and create change for the next generation of leaders!

Empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs

We believe entrepreneurship is more than just starting a business: it's about confidence, creativity, and problem-solving. At Dreams to Business, we guide kids as they discover their ideas have value. Through real-world experiences, engaging materials, and mentorship, children learn how to take initiative, make decisions, and create impact, all while having fun!

We’re not just building businesses. We’re building future leaders.
